Refund Policy
Lunaria LLC takes care of packing your order with the greatest possible care so that it arrives at your doorstep in perfect conditions. We understand that accidents happen so let us know if your product arrives damaged, unsealed, or if your order is incorrect.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must send a picture of your package and your order number. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, our current policy does not allow money returns.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at exchange@lunariabeautyshop.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

POLITICAS DE REEMBOLSO
Lunaria LLC se encarga de empacar tu pedido con el mayor cuidado posible para que llegue a tu puerta en perfectas condiciones. Entendemos que aveces ocurren accidentes, así que dejanos saber si tu producto llega dañado, sin sellar, o si tu pedido es incorrecto.
Para ser elegible para un intercambio debes enviar una foto de tu paquete y tu número de pedido. También necesitaras el recibo o comprobante de compra. Desafortunadamente, nuestra política actual no permite devoluciones de dinero.
Para iniciar un intercambio, puedes escribirnos a intercambio@lunariabeautyshop.com. Si se acepta tu intercambio, te enviaremos una etiqueta de envío de devolución, así como instrucciones sobre cómo y dónde enviar su paquete. No se aceptarán los artículos que nos devuelvan sin solicitar primero un intercambio.
